Rental Requirements
After you have chosen a home, please complete an online application. We will work to process your application quickly, allowing you to move in as quickly as 2 days if needed. You will need to have the following items with you when you apply:
- A completed application filled out in its entirety
- Driver's license or another valid form of photo identification
- Income verification (copies of your 2 most recent pay stubs)
- Eligible applicants qualify when proof can be shown of income greater than 3x monthly rent along with a credit & criminal background check.
FEES:
- Application: $75 per applicant
- Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent
- We do allow pets, upon approval by the owner. The pet fees range between $350-$500 depending on size and breed.
Any adult who plans to live in the house must apply. The security deposit is what holds the property for you and is only refundable for a period of 48 hours. We do not rent our properties sight unseen.
